Dear you,

You're invited to take a Fika break.

What's that, you ask? Here you go! Thoughtfully curated experiences that invite you to slow down, put your phone away, and spend time getting to know people in your city, over a great cup of coffee.

With love, Team Fika ✿

before you open it…

Take one deep breath.

Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw.

a little note about us

A slow, deliberate coffee break with people you haven't met yet.

Inspired by the Swedish tradition of fika, a deliberate break over coffee with friends and family, The Fika brings city-fatigued adults together through thoughtfully curated experiences.

A reading date, community cooking, a women's circle, a music jam. Every gathering is led by experienced facilitators and designed to make it easier to put your phone away and talk beyond small talk. Many people leave with friendships that last long after the coffee.
